Let's Talk is a United Way program that promotes communication and collaboration amongst service providers, community leaders and volunteers to begin talking about ways to improve our community. Let's Talk consists of five affinity groups; Transportation, Financial Stability, Family Dynamics, Diversity, and Youth. Each affinity group has facilitators that lead the affinity group meetings and also serve on the Let's Talk Leadership Team. Typically, affinity groups meet monthly and quarterly all participants in Let's Talk meet for a general session meeting. Mission: Promote and facilitate communication towards a common purpose to establish a foundation of knowledge, trust, openness and collaboration to work together to build a better community.
