Proposals are due for the 2011 Granting year on February 1, 2011, by 12:00 Noon. The volunteers serving on the Community Investment committees will review proposals, meet with agencies and make recommendations to the United Way Board during the months of February and March. Grants will be ratified by the United Way Board in early April, 2011. Our grant period is from April 1, 2011 to March 31, 2012. NEW FORMS This year the forms have changed to include the Outcome Measurement process. Agencies should submit the request forms, budget forms and the logic model form. For each program an agency is asking for funds , they should include a request form, budget forms and a logic model. ONE copy of the following must also be submitted with your grant application
